Have been looking into the various scenarios to see what the game does away from the standup fight.
Scenario 2 looks a decent place to start, though likely with smaller forces of 50-75 points otherwise it will be too easy
three clusters of buildings, each with one or two minor characters and some livestock, plus some other livestock wandering about.
one player picks a mission, in secret, forage supplies, try to rescue and escaped prisoner who will be glad of this or try to locate a spy who won't be so cooperative, the other player needs to stop them so neither side can turn this into a fight and a fight alone.
also brings in the characteristics for the leaders and the minor character interactions & tasks system, only needs a few minor character models which I have got done and some livestock, also done
