Bag the Hun...

Post by leopard »

given a desire to play this, but equally given the desire not to have to make a deck of cards and deal with that I've ordered a stack of blank MDF tokens which will get some primer and suitable paint added then with a bit of luck it will be practical to dig this out to have a game.

have round MDF coming for the various game "cards", but also a stack of hexagonal ones to make up "Bogey" markers to have a run at that side of things with decoys etc

The "cunning plan" being to prime the counter, spray some red, some blue and some black for the non-aligned bits then to print some self adhesive labels to sit in the middle, then clear coat over the lot and hope they stick nicely to the gloss red, blue and black, likely car body spray.

also means I'm going to have few sheets of labels to make up counters for other systems, possible "I Ain't been shot mum!" which also uses a card activation system where counters are just way easier.

figure stickers are way easier than mucking about trying to paint text on ~ 200 counters
