Starting with lion rampant with potential plans to upgrade to something bigger as the project progresses.
Currently have 12 bows, 12 Bill's, 6 men at arms and a flag bearer for the Earl of Warwicks retinue. Next up will be 6 light cavalry and then the command base. Will be enough to get started on 24 point games. Opponent is going to build Edward IV's retinue, the plan being to fight the battle of barnet.
Further into the project have the potential to add other commanders present along with their retinues, such as Richard III and Henry Holland, to expand and give some colour diversity to the army's. Project will slow down between now and Christmas because all spare cash is going onto the kids, but will be back with avangance afterwards.

Re: Lion rampant
You can use what you want, as long as both sides to same width.
We play it in 15mm and use 2x2 bases to make a single unit 80mm wide.
4 bases are standard unit
6 bases are a large unit
2 bases one behind each other so 40mm wide is a small unit
1 base is a tiny unit
Cav and inf the same
